I was a first time inventor,like most people are that first start out. I found Patent & Trademark on line,at first when they contact me I was very scared.They were asking for alot of money to make my invention happen.

I personal went to Mr. Julian M. Gumpel office and spoke to him everything looks so nice (his office),he had put me at ease by showing some of the pther so called inventions that they had,then he took me to his office and showed me all his personal inventions that he has,including basball,mits, he showed me patents that he himself has applyed for and recieved. Then his office has all this N. Y. Yankee things in it. Pictures of Babe Ruth signed thaing that would be wourt a lot of money. I was so at ease with this person, I gave up the mony he was asking for.I am ashamed to say how much I paid that god awalf man, the amount was thiry-three thousand dollars that right.

As to this date the goverment his shut his operations in Ny down. I do think that A person this smart will think of another way to operated and scam other bussines. But the real task will be trying to get some of my money back.
