I too have gotten this letter as many of you have and it  is soooo misleading. The letter says that there is a sum of 3,276450.00 prize cash to be awarded to you and that you have been a verified and confirmed recipient of reported cash/prize but you must send 20.00 for document transfer fee for secure processing and the letter comes mailed to you first class so you think it's not junk mail ...i work for the post office i almost fell for this one because i sounded to good to be true. that's when i looked up the (pib) prize information bureau before i ever sent the money. well it is too good to be true. It's a BIG scam!!!!
