I was innocently offered a 25% discount from a ProFlowers representative on my next order. I was scammed into a $14.95 monthly fee on my credit card that Pro Flowers had on file. I was completely violated because this charge was hidden in the middle of my monthly statement and looked like a mobile phone server/charge. I neverr questioned the charge.

Well, now I have paid 7 months for a service that I was totally unaware of and can't help but think that ProFlowers benefited by this. I am so sorry because I always thought ProFlowers to be a great company and have ordered flowers from them at least 6-10 times a year. I will NOT use ProFlowers again, until I am given a 7 month refund for the fee I was tricked into paying. Shame on you ProFlowers!
