Pure Indian Remy Hair And Luxury Locs Is A Fraud And Should Be Proscecuted To The Fullest Extent The Company Took My Money and did not Delivery a Product....Theft by Taking Jefferson Georgia

On July 15, 2009 I placed an order on the website for two bundles of hair, 1b to be exact at a cost of $236.00. I received a confirmation by email on July 16, 2009 that my order had been recieved they also charged my account. I called the same day and spoke to Rene who told me that my order would be delivered the following Monday. The order never came so i called back. Again Rene answered the phone and emailed me a USPS confirmation number and promised me my order would be delivered by 12 noon the next day...This was July 22nd.

On July 23rd I looked up the confirmation number and they delivered my hair to some address in Maryland. I called and Rene again picked up and promised me that they would credit my funds back to my account. She also sent me a confirmation of the credit with a confirmation number. This was because I explained that I needed the hair to have put in before I left for vacation the next day. I called and emailed two days later and never recieved a response. I sent a very strong email on the 31st and Keith called me. We both decided that he would go ahead and send me the hair plus an additional bundle for my time and patience. I still to this day have not recieved my product, my money or anything.

I am searching for an attorney and plan to file a police report with the Jefferson Police on Weds. August 12th which is the deadline that I provided Pure Indian Remy Hair and Luxury Locs to refund my money or provide the product. I am completely appauled and stressed out because I had to spend addtional money to get my hair done so in essence I am out $436 due to Pure Indian Remy Hair and Luxury Locs Fraudulant activities.
