i started driving for medco in june and after faxing in the jobs i had completed they said a check would be sent to me i continueddriving and after 6 weeks of driving i demamded to be paid. every time i would call jerry would tell me that a check was issued and they were waiting fora signiture from the owner and it would be issued to me this week .

day after day week after week i continued to call and after a while i explained to jerry that he gave me the same story each time i called and then he also gave me a story that they were also not getting paid but i explained to him why are you still there and no answer from him .  so here it is in october and i said i will try again and still he says today (oct 5th) we are looking into the check i will call you . again i will never here from him again . i have looked for there address so that i could file a small claims in laguna ca but i can not get a fisical address for medco .

i think that workmens comp needs to step up and force this company to pay the drivers if they want the buisness
