I ordered pair of shoes for my son.  They arrived but were 1/2 size too small.  I emailed company to ask about exchange as there was no paperwork with the shoes to explain this.  The emailed back that I should keep the shoes "as a gift to someone else" and order ANOTHER PAIR for my son!  They would give me a 10% discount!  They said they were located in China (although they did not give mailing address) and it would be very expensive for me to ship the shoes back and I would wait a long time.  The two emails I have from them are in broken, awkward English - as if someone was translating for them and doing it poorly.  Obviously a rip-off.  I don't even know if the shoes are real or not.
