I've been dealing with SST since '06, my car was financed through them which I wish I had a magic wand to make them disappear. Since '06 I had nothing but TROUBLE. The service reps when the call (NUMEROUS times a day) are rude, and disrespectful. I recently spoke with a rude rep when I told her I would like to pay for 2 months on my car. She was over $.15 and told me to get over it and in her words "....its only .15 it won't matter...". I told her that it does matter and she couldn't tell me why when you add up 2+2=4.15 and not 4. She said she didn't have time to go through all my statements and that she couldn't do anything. Many times I've kept my composure and ask if the conversation is being recorded they say yes and I can't wait for the day when this company either goes bankrupt or someone pull thier cards and listen to how they treat thier customers. It's unbearable. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I'M DONE WITH THEM. I would rather get finance through a "mom and pop" finance company than these jerks (and that's being nice) anyday. If you can avoid it, stay away from SST.

My account was sold by Premier to SST. I knew nothing about either company. My car was paid off a few years ago. I was looking to find their number as wanting to finance another car and came onto this site. Let me tell you, I was pleased with SST! They are a great company to use!!
