i met with a rep. she convinced me to switch,, i filled out the forms wrote a check for 95.00 (suppose to be for annual fee and if i paid it now i would nolonger be charged the annual fee) so after about a week of waiting i called and was told i had to supply some more credit info..this is where i dont understand what my credit history has to do with them processing someone elses cc for services i render...now i decided it was fishy so i am canceling the whole thing then i get told the 95.00 is a processing fee and non refundable...well on the contract it is listed as annual fee not processing fee...and a few lines beside the annual fee is a line that says processing fee thats says its nonrefundable...they already have my 95.00 now i have paid for an annual fee for a service that i wont have..with a company i wont do business with if it was offered to me for free...all i want is my stupid 95.00 back and for them to never set foot in my business again or call me.

The 95.00 is listed on the application as an Application fee. This is paid directly to the agent as a recompense for their time i putting the app together. The application does state that it is non-refundable. (just so you you know I tend to waive or reduce the application fee, I have spent 4+ hours at a merchants location so they understand what they are doing. I feel that my expertise is well worth the 95 dollars but I try to not put undo on merchants
Blessing,
Mark
