Sylvia Snuggs Ellymae's Hillbille Heaven Sold Sick Puppy mislead buyer Seller assured me the pup was vet checked and healthy Jackson Michigan Internet

I purchased a English bulldog pup from Sylvia Snuggs Who lives in Jackson Michigan. The seller/ breeder Ms Sylvia Snuggs assured me the pup was 100% healthy and had been vet checked. I purchased the pup and it was delivered to me in Louisian on 1/23/12 and on 1/24/12 the pup was taken to the Cypress Animal Hospital and it was discovered the pup had a heart murmur by Dr Stone and Dr French. Bout doctors diagnosed the pup with the same thing. It was clear Ms Sylvia didn't have the pup checked out. I've contacted her by phone and she wont answer. I've contacted her by email demanding a full refund or some of my money back and I'll keep the pup as a pet and accept all future Vet. fees. I was sold the pup under false pretenses and they're puppy lemon laws that protect buyers like myself from breeders like Ms Sylvia Snuggs. It's clear she doesn't care about the pups health and she only cares about money.
