Do not use this company! I bought a camcorder and waited 4 months and never received it. They sent me numerous emails confiming that it would be sent within 1 to 2 weeks and everytime I called to confirm, I would be put on hold for over 45 minutes and then hung up on by Thomas M. their customer service rep. When I asked to speak to his boss he was extremely rude and hung up on me. He has hung up on my a total of 3 times. I have never had to deal with such a rude and unwilling person. I was told by Thomas that his boss does not speak to people and that I would be hung up on again if I keep inquiring about the management of the company. The final status I received about my camcorder was that it was not available at this time (even though the email said it was about to be shipped) and they could not tell me if or when they would ever get the camcorder again. I was forced to cancel my order and now I am stuck with batteries and a charger I cannot use. Never use this company! Never deal with Thomas Michelson, he is extremely rude! You will have nothing but problems with this company.
