Pino Caputo took my blank check to Tom Cione to pay for writing of “Lender Contract” against my assets for one of my investor deal in 2006. Pino returned with a half of a blank page of an internet print out from Tom Cione office; Pino told me “this is the contracts”. I laugh and ask where my corporate blank check of $500.00? Pino promised and told me he will make sure Tom destroys the check. I think nothing of it… 

3 years later at around 3:00 pm, I had bumper scratched in the parking lot of Target Newburgh NY and was picked up by Polices from Goshen NY on a warrant of bad check order by Tom. My construction company was no longer doing business from the credit crises. As a judge, Tom has processed the procedures without my awareness so that I will end up in Jail because of Pino and Tom had issue.  I could post bail and they took me to OCJ to time it right for my bails to be posted between shifts; I had no involvement with Pino and Tom investment but Tom decided to punish me because he was angry and Pino. My wife waited till 2:00 AM post bail. The ironic of this story is, I know Tom in 2000, as I hired Tom on constructions matters of a Day-Cares facility in Rockland County NY to represent me and we became respect to each other, I thought? He knew how to contact me.

If he need the $500 so bad I would have just gave it to him but take out the frustrations on me while my wife was trying to post bails when she fallow me around from 3 difference courts because Tom wanted to punish Pino (Not me) to silicify his anger…. I hope negative thing happen to him for his sin of wrong doing to other. This man has no heart and he’s supposed to be a family man…. I hope his daughter read this

It was a corporate check…
