United States Tax Reflief Agency - Michael D. Gill, Richard Hargus Did not complete tax resoluation plan - stopped returning calls and emails Seal Beach California

I signed a contract with UNSTRA in June 2006. In the beginning both Michael Gill and Richard Hargus replied to my emails requesting updates. I was originally told my case would be resolved within 6 months. After 6 months I had to practically harass Mr. Hargus by email to keep me informed. He would only respond when I cc: Michael Gill on the email. At the end of my year contact, I received a letter from Mr. Hargus detailing my IRS issues had been resolved. When I asked for documentation from the IRS, I was told the IRS does not provide hard copies. I patiently waited for the IRS to start releasing liens in the specified months/years. Nothing happened and I resumed emailing both Gill and Hargus. As of yet, I have not received a response.

Today, I decided to do some investigating on my own by surfing the web and ran across Ripoff.com. To my horror UNSTRA was everywhere. Then I noticed Richard Hargus' name was associated with Innovated Tax Relief Agency complaints ... YET AGAIN, as far back as 2005 Richard Hargus' name was also associated with American Tax Relief Agency. How can these people get away with this ... over and over. I thought did my homework before getting involved with UNSTRA. The BBB only had 1 negative report, "Agency didn't complete work in a timely manner". I guess I was among the first suckers.
