UNIVERSAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS told me that someone in canada wanted to buy my time share . but it did not happen. said if it was not sold after 120 days i would get my money back. That hasn't happened either. Delray Beach Florida

Universal clled me in Nov. of 2008.Shawn Sanders said he had a buyer for my timeshare from Canada. Made me an offer to buy my unit.I agreed to let them sell it,and was sent a contract. Mr. Ken Foot called me and told me to call him when I recieved the contract so we could go over it together.I recieved it on 11/14/08 and called Mr.Foot.

There is a term in the cotract about the 120 day sale or your money back gaurentee, term three.But it does not say anything about the contract.It reads upon closing. Mr. Foot told me to write of contract afer closing on my contract initial it and send it back that way.So I did.

I recieved several cain the next week trying to extort more money from me. But I wouldn't do it.Now when I call I get "Well the process has been delayed,we will close at the end of the month." This has been since Dec. So I figured I gave universal Marketing $1394.00.And am stuck paying maintenace fees for something I don't use anymore.
