Usbank Elcajon, California Fletcherprk Branch ripoff, belittled, blame shifted from branch to customer serv and back again giving customer service run-around El Cajon California

my acct was subject to fraud in dec 2003,they wiped me out. when we went in to question,brnch asst mgr made us feel stupid,like liars.

They would not for anything credit 0 to us till all was settled. all our cks bounced,zero $ to live on w/ 3 kids.
now due to no one being able to explain correctly deposit funds held,plus &neg in acct bal vers avail balance i have lost near 500.00.and if i cant bring pos,theyll chrg me 7.00 daily.

i still dont totally understand why my $ isnt credited till after tues, in cases even later when put through atm.

customer serv kept telling me as long as acct bal was pos id b ok. well i was bit for 168.00. they took my daughters ssi benifits, a mgr got on and i expl, he said it is not their responibility to make sure dimb people like me can keep track of their money!!! i was a wreck!!!

local branch says they will not refund $ cause its not a bank error. and now cause i dont get paid till wknd, i look to same situation. i once before app for over draft prot,refused. again 2 weeks ago asked for it,told me i dont qualify!!!
