Because i was one payment behind, they increased my payments by 100.00 a month. Then my husband and i seperated and he vandalized the home knowing that he no longer lived there, they wrote the insurance check in both our names putting my life in danger.I also tried to get a cheaper insurance than what vanderbilt had and they told me that i would have two insurnace companies. nor would they increase the insurance on my contents inside the home. when they did send a check all the items had a depreciated valvue. which i never knew.
