VENDSTAR Scam Offered Extra machines once they were purchased never sent them or had calls answered Deerpark New York

I orginally bought 50 machines, then I was called and asked by Joe Spinelli if I could help him out and purchase another 100 machines,sound familiar, because another buyer dropped out of the purchase. I was supposed to receive 156 machines, I was sent a number of machines that didn't work, they sent some replacement parts and all in all I had 148 machines. I was never given the other 8 machines which I was promised, Spinelli. This company still owes me 8 machines.

I emailed Spinelli, and left several messages,funny how my newfound friend disappeared.

Anyone out there reading this tell me if you think this is a ripoff.
