I have used Vista Print three times in the past and have recommended it to many friends. I recently encouraged my wife to use them for some printing. All went well until I noticed the last 3 months they have billed us $14.95 for a line item detailed "Businessmax 888-584-2217 CT".

Checked it out online and looks like a really crappy business scam played on their best customers. Contacting customer service has been frustrating. Still waiting for my refund.

Bottom line. Vista Print to me and all within my sphere is dead.
