I go to my ordering page, select the items I want, and add each to the "bag." I periodically check the bag and sometimes find Avon has added unwanted items and/or deleted some wanted items.

I decided to give Avon another chance. This time, up until I clicked on checkout, the correct items were listed. However, when the order arrived, I found they had again changed the items.

Never experienced...

I'm surprised that you experienced this. I'm an Avon rep, but I also used the eRep website to place personal orders for myself and to know and experience what my clients experience. I have used it a multitude of times. And I can honestly say I've never experienced this at all. One suggestion is that, maybe a hacker tapped into your account. I would suggest changing your password on your account (periodically) and make sure when you are done with a session that you completely log out.
