I wanted to order some products through my chosen representative and logged into Avon's site through the account I had previously created. The site correctly identified my representative.
I selected several items to buy, then clicked on the checkout item which verified my selection. I looked for a place to enter my representative's code for free delivery and entered it in the only possibl appropriate place. The site did not accept the code.
I then clicked on assistance and selected contact us. After a runaround between the contact us and email us options, I saw a box in which to write. I described the problem and clicked on submit. Instead of accepting, the site said I had entered something invalid.
