Encore Hair Studio WARNING: DONT GO IF YOU DO BEWARE signal hill, California

 hi, i had went to this hair salon named encore hair. i needed to get a perm so i set up an appointment and they were very nice. i went to a girl named Michelle and she help me. she asked me what i wanted so she got started after she put my rollers on i caught her looking at the directions on how to do a perm. first i thought these people were professionals NOT!. then she put the solution on  and the perm did not even come ou.t it was flat so she told me to set up another appointment. so i gave her a chance but they told me i needed to pay for it no matter if it came out or not so i did do to the fact that i set up another appointment .

 so the next appointment came and the said Michelle was not there yet so i waited 10min. then they called here and said she was in traffic so i said that's fine i will only wait ten more min. then machille called back and said i have no appointments today and the front desk told me what she said and i was kind of mad so i told her my name to see if she remembered me. and she said no ooo i was upset i wanted my money back they said no. so i spoke with the manager and she was so snob e and i explained to her what happend and she did not even want to heir me out and she said this " You are no longer a customer here at encore hair you payed and you will never get your money back" click . know i am trying to warn people every were what happen to me so it want happen to YOU. i hope this helps
