I ordered one bottle of Pherlure Cologne Aug. 2009. Oct. 2, 2009 I received 3 bottles and a charge in my card of $99.00 -- WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, by the way! I spoke with a representative from this company and was told I signed up for automatic shipments - an absolute LIE! I haven't even used 10% of the first bottle that I initially bought! By the way, it's all HYPE, it doesn't work! I returned the products the same day I received them and they were supposed to have gotten it back 2 days ago. When I called, refund was still not processed. I'm going ahead and dispute this ILLEGAL charge with my bank. I'm also filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General against these scammers.

I URGE everyone who got scammed by this company to do the same. These people should be put out of business for abusing unsuspecting internet shoppers by charging them without permission.

Their address is:

Onlineorder.com
22100 E 26th Ave #100
Aurora, CO 80019
Tel# 866-976-3707

Make sure to supply the attorney general's office (in CO where they hold business) all pertinent info about this company. I shop online a lot but am getting wary of scammers like this -- they need to be stopped so we can shop online and feel safe that our credit card/debit card information is not being used illegally.

Here's what I found out... and WHAT TO DO

AUTHOR: eriDen - (United States of America)

I just discovered the exact same problem on my bank statement this evening. I was so irritated. I had ordered twice from Pherlure in the past. Once was two years ago and I had no further issues. Two months ago, I made another order of just a single bottle. By the way, the price had gone up on the 1 bottle. Now, it's no coincidence that the $99.99 appeared on my account today. It turns out that there is an "auto-order" feature that ionlineorder.com has implemented with Phelure and a couple other products. Basically, you will receive an order every 60 days of their "3 for $99.99" deal. Which means 3 bottles of Pherlure should be on the way to my PO Box as we speak. I DO NOT recall any option that allowed me to "opt-out" of this auto-order nonsense. I'm gonna let this one $99.99 order go rather than dispute the order and cancel my debit card. However, I did immediately figure out what I need to do to cancel future auto-orders.

When I called 866-976-3707 i got a message from ionlineorder.com telling me to visit their website if I had concerns about a charge on my card. I went to the website and here's what I did:
(1) go to www.ionlineorder.com
(2) scroll down to where it says: "If you have a recurring order for $99.99 and wish to cancel your VIP Rewards Program Membership, please click here".
(3) Follow that link and you be able to read about the program and you will see a cancellation form.
(4) Complete the form: first name, last name, and last 4-digits of the card billed.
(5) Upon submitting, you should see a confirmation message telling you that the membership has been cancelled.
(6) Take note of the day that the $99.99 charge was posted on your account because if the cancellation worked then you should not see another charge appear  every 60 days from that date.

Hope this helps. Looks like they have links for doing product return/refunds, but I don't know how responsive they'll be. I just canceled and now I'm DONE WITH THEM!

Good luck.
