Luxury Locs Hair I call to place a order for Indian hair at the cost of $120.00 plus shipping I gave my credit card and was told if it was a problem she would call me before we hung up I cancel the order the card was never ran. But later she did run it Lilburn Georgia

return my call nor my e-mail. So I reported that company to the bank and filed a report with the credit card company. At the same time my hair dresser called to order hair also again product was never deliver nor would Renea return calls.

Order charged after cancellation

If we charged your card... it was done so before you cancelled the order. And for that we apologize. But, what would be the point of doing this, when we would have to simply refund you later?

As a result we no longer take credit card information over the phone. When a customer places an order, they are sent an email invoice. We send the invoice thru either PAYPAL or Goolge. Both process payment for us and offer the customer added security.

We hope this assures anyone reading this, we take our customers private information very seriously. We would not want our own information mishandled, so we take extra care to not mishandle yours.
