I ordered the product on the 8/23/09. Took about 2 weeks to receive. It was a 2 months supply. The first payment came out when I ordered, second on 9/27/09. I have 30 trial.  In the first month one tube would not work.  I called and called and called all I ever got was a busy signal. I gave up on that and e-mailed customer service that was on 10/13/09. (They phrase on customer service). It will take 5-7 days for a response. On the 8th day still no response from them. I tried once again to call...BUSY again.  Went back to the computer and e-mailed. I just wanted to know how to fix the pump that did not work. On 10/21/09 sent another e-mail. Then on 10/22/09 I sent another e-mail and mailed back the tube for a new replacement  and told them to cancel my future orders, the e-mail also said to cancel the orders

10/27/09 I final got a response back about the tube not working.  I have since returned the product for a replacement(that did no good)told me at the time my orders have been canceled. I gave it a few days to see if they refunded the money, NO they took out the other half of the order that I shipped back !

 IM MAD! I got on the phone and was not giving up until I talked to someone.  I got through finally. Then it really went down hill from there. Told me I could not get the refund because product was already shipped. They have my money and the product because I sent it back!  Then he has the balls to tell me I will have to pay to ship my product back! (I canceled this all before they shipped it out to me.) Therefore they have $80.00 and 3 tubes of my product.  I also asked to speak to his supervisor.  That never happened.  He came back on the phone, said his supervisor will wave the shipping cost to send back the product!  OH YIPPIE!

Mind you..I never got to talk to anybody in charge.  I should be thankful I got to talk to anybody!!!!  I guess!
