I too was the victim of a "free trial offer". I was billed on my credit card for shipping as expected from Dermitage's offer on 12/14/2008. I just recieved my new credit card statement and now I have a $99.95 charge dated 1/18/2009. How can the get away with this? I'm pretty careful at reading terms and condtions. If there was something telling me I would be charged later it must have been so small that I couldn't have read it with a magnifying glass.

I want my credit card credited.
