i also was ripped off by farrell hair. back in 2005 i went there for a hair piece, after numerous times going there and numerous pieces, discusting pieces, frizzy, thick, horrible hair. the quality was terrible, and they could not halep me. I left with no hair and $5000 in loss. they ripped me off of my money, all they kept saying after i begged for my money back is read the contract. what type of business would have a ten page contract if they dont have something to hide. i tried calling 7 on your side, and calling them and asking for my money back, after time, i gave up, im a single mom with three children and i was getting sick to my stomach over the 5000 dollars. I gave up fighting, i guess that is what they do, they wear you down. Even if they gave me half my money back, i can except that, but to keep over 5000 dollars is horrible. I was contacted by another gentlemen that had the same thing happen, its brought back bad memories. Stay away from Farrell!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Rod, I'm French living in Belgium.
I'm a hair stylist with 20 year experience. I'm starting in the hair replacement business in western Europe, our technics and way of work is a little different approach than what you have in the USA.
Anyway I'm not here to talk about my business but I want to respond to all those person (or competitor) who complain about Richard Farrell and Laura.
I'm not a customer of them, I'm not a partner of him, I don't have share in his business, I'm totally neutral in this review.
I write here as a real witness about what I saw about the way Richard Farrell works.
In 2008 I started to look for companies for an partnership to distribute the concept in Europe. I contacted several companies to see the way they work on customers, one of them was Farrell.
He accepted me to meet him in a hotel in London during one stop of his tour. Richard farrell was the only to accept me while he was working on a customer, I would have understand if he refused but I guess he had nothing to hid.
In total I saw 4 or 5 customer men and women in Two visit in London, that was enough to judge the quality.
In comparison of all the international companies I saw , I can really say that Farrell hair has a high quality product. He accepted me to stay with him without knowing me ( I could have been a competitor...who knows), his service is very individual ( 2 hours per customer in a private room ).
He is coming back every Three month at the same location, would he do that if all his customer wanted there money back ?
All the customer I saw where very happy, half of them where coming at each stop in London.
Richard and Laura are working close together and make the customer very confident, they know what the customer need, but they also know that they make many competitor jalous.
There are always unhappy customers but when I read some review I really have doubt about the credibility.
Now I'm one of their competitor even if my product is a new technic, but it is also part of my job to support the serious companies for the interest of hair loss sufferer.
