Hair Etc- Brenda Dickson Stylist Brenda Dickson Ruined my hair and didnt apologize!!!! Rowlett Texas

Stay away from this chop shop! but in particular a lunatic, bleach blonded stylist named Brenda Dickson.  She said she was a color expert...... she ruined my hair and turned it snow white then added other colors to tone it down to no avail!!! My hair was so fried after that- that I couldnt blow dry it or put any heat on it for months!

She did not apologize at all and told me I had strange, thin, unhealthy hair and that is why it happened...

Additionally,  She talked the whole time about her personal woes and discussed things that were disturbing in nature .....

This woman is Mentally Ill..........and should lose her license for sure... I have also lodged a complaint with the cosmetology offices in Austin on her.

The owner did not respond to my complaints and appears to be just as inept as the crazies she rents stations to..

Again.........have your 3 yr old neice color your hair- it will turn out better!!!!!
