I ordered their products and tried them for the trial bases, that they required. called them to tell them i was returning them in original packaging. I spoke with a women and she gave me a confirmation number and said my credit card would be credited in 30 days.

I kept checking my account to see if $546.00 was credited and it wasn't, so i said it doesn't take this long for a refund.

so i called again and the lady said if i don't recieve it by August to call back, which i had to do. by this time know answered the phone, you just recieved a
recording.

I have been trying to find different way to get into contact with them for my refund, and am not having luck.
that is alot of money to be cheated out of, please help !

Thank you,

Ronda

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Never let the cons dictate when you get your money back.

AUTHOR: Fraud Chick - Ethics ()

Ronda,

You don't say what date you bought the product. It sounds like they successfully ran the fraud clock out on you. You usually have 90 days to file a fraud complaint with your credit card company. Why don't you go ahead and try that just in case you get lucky.

In the meantime I suggest you go to the postal inspectors web page and file a complaint http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/. They may get your money back for you. Your complaint is Theft by Deception--they have your money and you have no product.

Good Luck
