I bought 2 dealfind coupons for a cut, color, and style at Pink Lime Calgary. $59 each
My first experience at this salon I received a decent color and really poor, uneven cut. The girl blow dried my hair, and then after I asked, ran a straightener through it as though this was not part of her job. You would have thought I had asked her to split the atom rather than do her job.
My next experience at this salon, I asked for a trim and the girl cut 2 inches off in the most hastily done hair cut ever - removing all texture and style from my hair! I now have an uneven, blunt, no texture hair cut that looks horrible when styled.
The color was something else all together! I have brown hair (ok, actually it's grey). Now I have roughly 2 inches of black roots with the rest brown. Guess that's what happens when the stylist leaves the "assistant AKA shampoo girl" incharge of the clients color!

Well, I am happy to report that I just returned from Pink Lime and now have a lovely hair cut and more importantly IT'S ALL ONE COLOR!
Bassem, the owner, was at the salon and ensured that I was well taken care of - at no charge and no hassle.
A lovely stylist removed the black roots (sorry, I can't remember your name) and then Katie took over and with expert precision, repaired the color and cut. This was the kind of experience I had expected from Pink Lime when I bought my vouchers. From now on it's Katie or no one for me.
Thanks for fixing the problem and being professional about it!
