Regis Hair Salon Fashion Fair Mall Sylist was unprofessional. Incompetent. Lack of skills. Misrepresented oneself as a beautian Fresno California

I went in Feb 22,2008. Had appt at 9am Stylist came in at 920am. Was told to go into bathroom and get a robe. Sat in chair 10 minutes later I asked the woman if she could touch up my blonde highlights there was some over growth. She said it was impossible to put blonde in my hair. I told her I have been putting blonde in my hair the last 8 years. She told me she couldnt that the only thing that could be done to me was to go dark brown. I understood that she wasnt skilled enough to do the job so I let her talk me into to going just one color and to go dark brown. I said as long as I don't walk out of here with red hair I do not want red hair. She said ok.

Well at 1pm my hair was done it was dark. She was whispering to another sylist behind me. I began to panic. I was charged $35 dollars for my cut and an addition $130 for my color $165 total. WOW that was a lot of money as I was leaving she told me if I needed to come back she would do my hair for free. I went home to check out my hair it was RED! I went to work an hour later where it was pointed out to me that my hair color was splotchy in the back. I was so pissed so I waited before I called so I would be too rude to anyone at corporate.

I called Corporate I was told they would let me go back in to get fixed free of charge my gut was telling me not to go but I thought for 165 dollars and should at least attempt to have my hair fixed. I went back March 11 at 930 am the sylist was late. I explained what happened on my last visit. I told him if at all possible can you streak or highlight my hair blonde. Yes he said. He dyed my hair dark brown then colored my entire crown bleach blonde. I look like Christina Aguilera 2005. I hate my hair it looks very unprofessional.

I am fed up with Regis Salon. Oh and I had dye stains on my neck face forehead earlobes and Cheeks. How do you get dye off you face ears and forehead. I scrubed and scrubed I went to work looking like an Idiot that Tuesday the 11th the 12th and today the dye stain is still there!!!!
