Simple Aesthetics took the money and ran from Coral Springs, Florida

It has come to my attention that my daughter had missed her scheduled appointment on Oct. 21, 2009 at Simple Aesthetics.  I was just looking up their website to see if I could schedule online.  I came across the Ripoff Report website explaining that they are indeed closed now.  Well, I guess that explains the fact that no-one called me to reschedule her missed appointment, now, doesn't it???  Back in 2008 we bought our daughter a package for laser hair removal for the bikini line.  After at least 12 sessions, she still has hair where she doesn't want it and the entire laser process seems to be quite the rip-off.  This is tragic for her since she was promised that all of the unwanted hair would be gone in less than 8 sessions.  This is very discouraging since we paid $800.00 for this service.  I can only hope and pray that there will be a class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of all of us stuck in this position.  We bought into a package that was supposed to include unlimited visits to attain removal of all wanted hair. Please, please, please some nice lawyer needs to read this and get something going. I am sure we are not the only victims in yet another Floridian scheme.  When does it end???
