You can have the best equipment in the world and still not be successful. That is a well known fact that people who really have an understanding of business are fully aware. Apparently "Lisa" is not at all knowledgeable about business and "she" certainly knows nothing of our customers. Companies go out of business all the time for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with the equipment they purchased. The failure of the business that "she Lisa (or he?)" refers to above went out of business for reasons not related to the Arasys and Perfector systems or their performance. The reasons are well documented, however, we will not disclose any information about their closing just as we do not disclose information about others.
Lisa (?), you, like Susan (?) and Nail Spa (?), just continue to prove that you lack factual information, have little if any understanding of good business practices (including importing, sales, distribution, and spa management), profess to have inside information which you don't, and simply want to continue to harass Arasys Perfector for you own personal vendetta's. Not one of you (if you are more than one person) has even called the corporate office to discuss in person any issues that you may have. How un-professional is that? We stand ready as always to talk with our customers about their products and any issue that they may have, be that with equipment or with their business model, and to provide customer support, education, and training.
Thank you Lisa for this opportunity to demonstrate once again how you and others continue to put incorrect information on this website about Arasys Perfector, its products, its employees, and its family of customers.
