The company sells an inferior product by gauranteeing money back if not happy however they fail to spell out how much it will cost to ship product back. For us it was $700.

The mattress they sell as equal to temperpedic is a joke. It is just a lot of foam.

Do not buy this product without trying it first and know you will have to pay to ship it back.

We do not even charge you the original shipping. I am sorry you had a bad experience, not everyone enjoys memory foam mattresses. We are proud of our product, and proud of our customer service. It's been a month since I began to sleep on your 8" modern memory bed.
Despite the initial concern that entails any online purchase, I found your mattress completely satisfying in its density, texture, and temperature control. Since I'm so pleased, I'm submitting this testimonial for the sake of other fellow consumers.

Since I have a back trouble, I was as choosy as I could in shopping for the new mattress. Once I decided to buy a memory foam mattress, I studied the standard structure of the Tempur-pedic mattress famed in quality but infamous for its prohibitive price. Then, I checked everywhere, local shops and online stores, for an alternative. Initially, I was a bit worried about settling for Angelbeds, because of the lack of consumer feedbacks on your products outside your website. Still, your product came closest to the desired quality. Happily, it turned out that I worried about you in vain.

The delivery was on time, and the mattress arrived in a perfect condition. I liked the first feel of your mattress, which, to me, felt harder than the TP one I've tried at a store. My husband, who's a fan of a rock-hard mattress and had a misgiving about a "softy" memory bed, also slept well that night. By now, he's an even more enthusiastic fan of our memory bed than I am.

Since it took me such a long time to find a mattress of desirable quality and price, I'm genuinely happy that you kept your promise and delivered an excellent product. Thank you very much for being in business."

Angel Beds are the worst

I bought my Angel Bed in 2005 and only wished Ripoffreports was available to me back then.  Worst bed I have ever had and their customer service person Jeannie (available via email only should be a clue) is rude and attempts to obstruct obtaining any warranty claims.  The product failed as I have discovered has happended to many others via other online complaint boards. I suspect many of the "customer compliments" are self generated to make consumers believe they offer a quality bed and provide good customer service; neither of which is true. Don't get ripped off like I did...now I will let the judge decide and then domesticate my judgement in Texas.  Their deceptive practices must be stopped.

First, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with our product. We have tons of very satisfied customers all over the world and their reviews can be found on both our website and our Facebook profile. Our product is extremely comparable to other national brands, and is a far better value. 

Second, because the expense of returning a bed is so high, we now offer both free shipping and free return shipping, just for trying our beds. Our large competitors do not offer such a strong guarantee. We stand behind our products and we want people to try them at truly no risk.
