beddingforhome BEDDINGFORHOME.COM IS A RIP OFF!! I've tried NUMEROUS times to make contact regarding my order for over $180.00 and have had absolutely NO replies. Internet

This is in response to the report that Bedding For Home is not a legitimate company. We have looked into these allegations and there are no records of emails or phone messages that back up this person’s complaint. After sending my original order info back to beddingforhome.com, an investigation was executed and they admitting and apologized for their mistake regarding my order from them 10 months ago.

I wish them the best of luck in their business and hope they take all precaution to not let this happen again.

The following was the response I received:
Please accept our most humblest apologies.  After you provided us with the additional information below we launched a further investigation into this with our supplier and our shipping company.  Our supplier claimed that the items were originally shipped but when we asked for the backup documents, they could not produce them and took full responsibility for their in-house error.  We had no idea that your order had not been shipped and are incredibly embarrassed that a mistake like this could have slipped past us.
Your credit card has been fully refunded today.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Once again we’re very sorry for this experience and thank you for your patience and understanding throughout.
