Command post sent me a product listed under wool blankets that is not wool, it is synthetic, it was also supposed to come with a zipper bag, which I did not receive. When I contacted them they told me I could have Houston, Texas

I purchased two blankets, they were listed under camping and then under the heading military surplus wool blankets, they were also supposed to include a free zipper bag. They did not include the bag, the blankets are synthetic.
When I contacted them they told me it was my fault because I somehow should have known they were not wool and also told me that the zipper bags did not fit in the shipping box, so they did not send them and if I wanted them that I would have to pay extra shipping to get them.
This is false advertising and a disregard of customer satisfaction.

The title of this section on our web site is "Military Surplus Wool Blankets & More". The section contains both wool & non-wool blankets. It is ridiculous to think all blankets in this department are wool...we do not state they are. There is no mention of a zippered bag included. The bag is the suppliers way of shipping them to us. Please feel free to visit the website and please see for yourself. Our BizRate Satisfaction rating is over 98%. We do not pretend that we can be everything to everyone. Over 61,000 shipments in 2010 and we had 11 complaints total....we feel that is pretty good. Thanks for reading.

First of all, you added the "& more" section to the title after I complained. Secondly you also removed the zippered bag from the description, That is all very easy to do and then claim as you did, that I'm just an unpleasant person and hard to please.
If you had any sense of decency, you would have acknowledged your misrepresentation of the said product and either offered a full refund or made some type of attempt to to handle the situation in a manner suitable by both, you did neither, instead you simply make me out to be the jerk. Not very patriotic, certainly no way to run a business and your response is proof to anyone with an open mind that your just trying to cover you a$#.
I believe I have made my point and I have no reason to lie about any of this, on the other hand, you indeed have everything to gain by lying and lie you did.

Customer ordered a fleece Red Marine Corp Logo blanket and a Black Fleece Army Logo Blanket. No where in the description did the blanket say it was wool - NO WHERE. We have been in business since 1984 and no one in all these years has ever called and complained about these blankets. Just because something is under the heading Military Blankets - no one insinuates these are all army green wool blankets. Anyone and everyone who has every been in or around the military knows - army wool blankets are green or navy - not red with a marine corp logo or black with an army seal logo. Customer just mad he would have to pay the shipping back since we sent him exactly what he ordered.
