Today is 08/13/09.  I placed an order on 07/31/09.  I read their terms carefully.  I should have received my order by now.  I have attempted to communicate using their email address and my message has gone unanswered.  There is no further contact information on their website but a web search has turned up some information.  I am strongly considering hiring one of my friends who is an attorney to go after this company.  This is outrageous.  TO THIS COMPANY:  Contact me immediately about my order!

Crabapple Soap Update 08/27/09

I am here today to give an update to my original post.

1.  The company also does business under the name "Soapmaker's Garden".  It is Soapmaker's Garden that appears on my bank statement.  (It is interesting that the soapmakersgarden.com website looks like the crabapplesoap.com website.)

2.  The phone number for the entity that has my money is 828-230-1628.

3.  I left a detailed voice message at that phone number on 08/14/09.  (Keep in mind I ordered on 07/31/09.)  I have not received my order.  I have not received a refund.  I have not heard from ANYONE.

My goal from this point forward is to tell as many people as possible about my experience so that it does not happen to them!!

If anything else transpires I will update this information.

If they actually send me my order OR give me a refund I will update this information.

I have since ordered black soap and raw shea butter from someone else and am VERY satisfied!
