I ordered an inexpensive bidet online from Sanicare. After a few weeks went by (expected 6-10 biz day delivery) I contacted the company via email. They said that the item was out of stock and cancelled/voided the order. Another week later my credit card bill shows up the the Sanicare charge, but no credit. I have tried contacting the company again, but now they do not respond to my emails.

Now I have to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.

I suggest avoiding these guys.
