Ordered for the first time from The Lakeside Collection, all materials indicate guarantee delivery by Christmas. I ordered 11-8, never received any information items were on back order had to call to find out. I kept checking the status, showed back ordered then showed 12-4 to be shipped then it changed to 12-8 then it just showed back order again. I sent two emails no replies I sent two faxes no replies. I will never order from this company again. Also happened to my sister
