I have known Kevin for 14 years. John is a mattress salesman who approached Kevin with the idea of selling the beds online. The company sold over a million dollars in 3 months. This positioned the company for a possible buyout of the the company by the product manufacturing company.
Then when they were on the brink of selling the company for 3.5 million dollars, John Baxter tried to cut the deal on his own in private. This alerted the buyer to problems and shut down the deal.
As a result of his behavior, John Baxter was cut out of the company and website, but not before he drained most of the money out of it... I ran the office there the entire time and watched as John got nervous and greedy when the deal to sell was in negotiations. Here is what he did...
