Calderhouse Inn Bed & Breakfast Mari noonan Scammer, con artist, preys on tourists, Rip off, She takes your money claiming she has a place for you then when you show up does not answer the door. she is also not licensed neither to run a bed an Saskatoon , Saskatchewan

Mari Noonan; Older lady about in her 60`s or late 50`s white hair with strips of grey, very spindly.She is very nice to you when you go and put a deposit down. Shows you around the dusty room claiming it will be a pleasant place and clean and tidy by the time you get there.

She also claims there is the hot tub she will fill for you, but it`s filled with rocks. After you have made your deposit either in person or via money order don`t plan on seeing it again, unless you plan to stand outside her doors and knocking them down until she gives you the money, because she doesn't want the neighbors to know that she is a con-artist. Took me 4 days to get it all back. To which I am informed I am the only one who has ever obtained money back.

Went to the police made a report, as well as city hall. She is running the bed and breakfast with no license. She has done this before to many people. fortunately i obtained a receipt from her.

I had put the deposit down for my friends as they live in London. In the end they just ended up staying with me.
