I had a reservation come through from Stefan Meermann, Cornelia Bippig and Miro Mrczinek s site www.fewo-direkt.de they had booked a couple into a double room and added a 3rd person with out charge,

I emailed Stefan Meermann, Cornelia Bippig and Miro Mrczinek informing them that they had made a mistake but it was ignored, I emailed the guest and explained that a double room is for 2 people and that there would be an extra charge if she wanted to add an extra person, she informed me that she only wanted a double room even though there would be 3 people,

I explained that we did not allow that as they would need extra towels, extra breakfasts etc etc and we did have triple rooms available (with an extra bedroom attached for a 3th guest) , she became very rude and aggressive informing me that she had stayed in thousands of hotels all over the world and had never been charged for an extra person in a double room, she threathed me to write a furious bad review on  Stefan Meermann, Cornelia Bippig and Miro Mrczinek website homeaway.com - fewo-direkt.de.

I cancelled her booking and she has left me an horrendous review on Cornelia Bippig s site, I sent Stefan Meermann, Cornelia Bippig and Miro Mrczinek the correspondence between with this "Lady" showing that I had been polite and courteous at all times, they basically told me to "do one" and have refused to remove the review.
