ANX CAYA - Paul Butler rip off, scam, charge for classes and cards or no good. Found out he is also being souht by Houston Red Cross ( which is the State issued on his cards). Once you have been scammed he will not return phone calls or email. So be prepared to try and catch him off guard in his office. Hamden Connecticut
