LuminousBrites Charged my credit card without my permission when there was no place in the e-mail that stated that you had to cancel or you would receive more shipments. Glendale California

I received an e-mail for a trial of teeth whitening product. I took the bait and was charged $88.97 the next month for another shipment. I found this charge when looking on line at my bank activity. So I called the number by the transaction and this man with absolutely no personality answers and before I could even finish, he stated that he'd cancel my membership. He did this so fast as if he does so many a day which now I believe is definitely the case.

I actually asked him if this was a scam and he sharply said NO and gave me the e-mail address to receive my money back. That e-mail address is about as good as a legless frog. There was nothing in writing stating this was a membership and that it would have to be cancelled. No matter how many times you call or look at the e-mail there is no way to get your money returned to your account. I have certainly learned a lesson not to do this again! For in this day and age who can afford this. I would love to know where else other than the Better Business Bureau and AOL regarding this scam! Any information would be greatly appreciated.
