milestone credit & homes Inc wasted my time & Gas money looking for properties that were occupied by owners, Bellflower , Internet

Fisrt of all I'm on Dialysis & handicapped it's takes time for me to get around, The reason I went to Milestone,Was Due To The Fact That the owner where I lived Lost his home,I found an add for a rental so I called Anthony  answered made all these promises THAT HE Was able to help me, Gave me the address Where I was to meet him, I ARRIVED He gave me 3 properties to go look @ in Montebello, Pico Rivera & Whitter Ca. the 3 homes we went out to see were occupied by the homeowners,The good thing that the properties we went to the owners were outside so we were able to talk with them & show them pictures of what there home looks like from the inside.you know that was a waste of time  & gas money, As of  Oct.2011 to now the form they ask you to mail to get your money in return has not came through, And it was sent as a certified letter , Today is January24,2012 it has not been issued to me yet! I've been in a motel without a home ..since that incedent.. I have made many calls Veronica & I have gotten into verbal arrguments, how profesional can that be....& Anthony just put 180.00 in his pocket and never answered my calls....although I went in to get a business card the other day,he was sitting in his office & I know he saw me....Do you think he got up from his chair ??? no he didnt....I would like to know if can sue this company for leaving me HOMELESS all this time ? & for not getting my money like they said....
