OSP Communications charged me $19.04 for a fraudulent collect call from Taos Arizona, Henderson Nevada

I received a Verizon bill with a bogus charge of $19.04 for a collect "operator assisted" call made from Taos, AZ to my home number, billed on behalf of OSP Communications. When I attempted to contact OSP to have the charge removed, as per Verizon's instructions, I couldn't get through on their number.

Verizon's Fraud department was very unhelpful; told me there was nothing they could do about this "Billing Resource Company." I finally got a customer service representative to relay the message about the above to her supervisor. I asked her to tell Verizon to drop this company immediately based on all the fraud trips about them on the Ripoff Report.

Where is the Better Business Bureau when you need them???
