Rented our home to these people and they never paid rent. Well known if you search the Internet or check with the Penobscot sheriff office.

I'm not sure how someone would rent to someone without doing the background prior to renting. I personally rented a home to these people without any problems. Sometimes people just do not get along and It's assumed They are bad tenants. sometimes you have bad landlords who should sell Not rent. If something brakes you have to fix it,not the tenant. When you include water,electric etc you the landlord are responsible. Not the tenant. Thanks

The report of the ex-employee is from Jim Lanham because I am sure he is googling his own name to see what is out there whereas he was just evicted last week from his latest residence in Holden Maine. ...probably another bad landlord.
Again, check with the Penobscot Sheriff Dept. and the DA Office prior to conducting any business or renting to these people.
My name is James Russell and will be happy to provide any information you require to pass judgement of these people.
His wife is Vicki Lanham and his real name is Shelton A Lanham. Usually they will give some variation of this.
