I own an Estate Sale Company where I have been conducting estate sales for 25 years with not one complaint. My problem started when Andrew Nickolaou's Poor Broke disabled Father was placed in a home after a stroke and needed every penny to live on. Audrey, Andrew's mother had called my company out to her ex husbands foreclosed home in Debarry Fl. to conduct an estate sale. This was Andrew's fathers time of need and Andrew was no were around. The home was a mess and looked like a dump, however I felt sorry for Andrew's father and agreed to take on this challenge as I really wanted to help out the sick man, even if we were not going to make any money. There was some nice Italian furniture and Audrey mentioned she should have received it in her divorce from Andrew's  father many years ago,I could see where this was going ,Audrey was ear marking every thing she wanted. I gave a contract to Audrey and she bragged about giving it to her son the "Attorney want-a-be" . Audery and I set a date ,she then gave me her son's phone number to confirm the sale.

Well, I called Andrew in Oct., Nov., and Dec. NO REPLY! After 90 days of posting the sale and postponing it on line with photos at my cost of several hundred dollars loss I gave up and called Audrey and Andrew Nickolaou and suggested they find another company. Being the arrogant type Andrew is ,never meeting him or ever talking to him he took it upon himself with intent to harm ,damage and lie at all cost any way he could to ruin my reputation. I have never performed any service for him or his wacky mother. I had a call from an auctioneer who singed a contract with Audery and a friend of mine who owns an estate sales company,where Audery called both of them out to the home in Debarry on the same day at the same time. neither of them did the sale! I guess Audery got every thing SHE WANTED! and for her liar, cheating, smart mouth, self serving, SON Andrew Nickolaou I can only guess he is taking good care of his father.
