When are you actually going to sue someone? I know you certainly have had plenty of time to state your case to the courts:

1. Southern District of Florida, Miami, Federal Case 07-cv-60001, Ocean Key Resort v. Robert Krutko.......The resort filed for possession of the 45' Corinthian dive boat after Krutko fell into arrears of $60,000 for dock rent. Krutko slandered Ocean Key Resort and bragged about the trial, even falsely claiming that he was the plaintiff. Here on Ripoff, he vowed to publish the court's findings. In the end, Krutko never even showed up for the trial. The Federal Court found no wrongdoing on the part of Ocean Key Resort and awarded them the boat. Case Closed. Robert Lost.

2. Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), Complaint ID 1047612, Complaint # 2007043289.....Robert filed this complaint alleging that Alan Eckstein, a Key West attorney for Ocean Key Resort, was illegally involved in the auctioning of the boat. DBPR investigated and found no wrongdoing on the part of Eckstein. Case Closed. Robert Lost. Krutko began slandering DBPR.

3. Before DBPR concluded its investigation, Krutko claimed that the case was forwarded to the Monroe County State's Attorney's Office for criminal prosecution. SAO Chief Investigator Paul Meyers said otherwise and stated no such thing happened and that DBPR never concluded any criminal activity. Case Closed. Robert Lost.

4. Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Report #MCSO06OFF005101.....Krutko used a friend, Andrew Porter, to file a Theft report on Ocean Key Resort, and it's employee Steven Boswell, claiming the resort stole his boat from Cudjoe Bay. MCSO visited the boat at the OKR dock and ran the registration numbers. The boat returned to a marina in Key largo that no longer existed, not Robert Krutko. The hotel made claim of back rent and a mechanics LIEN. MCSO ruled the report as a civil dispute, not Theft. Robert refused to accept MCSO advice and began slandering them. Case Closed. Robert's claim unfounded. Krutko began slandering MCSO and Sheriff Roth

5. Following the MCSO report, Robert complained to the State's Attorney's Office in Monroe County. The SAO agreed with MCSO and told Krutko the case was civil, not criminal. Krutko began slandering the SAO and Mark Kohl.

6. Monroe County Court, Civil Case CAK060000910, Chase Home Finance v. Robert Krutko.....Krutko's Florida Keys home was foreclosed on.

7. Monroe County Court, Civil Case CAK080000678, Robert Krutko v. City of Key West.....Krutko sued the City of Key West and blogged all over the internet that it would be an historic case because he claimed the city allowed his business to fail. Krutko's complaint was dismissed because he failed to show cause, and he never showed up for the hearings. Case Closed.

8. Monroe County Court, Civil Case CAK080000679, Robert Krutko v. Old Town Tours and John Evans.....Krutko claimed Evans ran a dirty business (Hydro-Thunder) and was partly responsible for his failure. Krutko failed to show cause and never showed up for the hearings. Case Closed. Complaint Dismissed.

9. Martin County Court, Civil Case 432008CA000313CA (08000313CA), United Yacht Sales v. Robert Krutko......After months of relentless internet slander and harrassment of United Yachts by Krutko, they sued him for slander/libel. Robert hid from the subpoena, even having his father cover for him once. After 2 months, a private investigator found Krutko at his job, a janitor at a Columbus, OH motel. The subpoena was served. After all the internet slander of United Yachts, Krutko had his chance to show cause in court. He didn't. Krutko never even showed up for the hearings. The court ruled a default judgement for United Yachts. Case Closed. Robert Lost.

10. There are 5 Franklin County civil cases that Robert lost, including a second home foreclosure. Those civil case numbers are: 06CV012693, 90CV010128, 04CV006240, 03CV003250, 03CV003248.

COLUMBUS -- A man who lost his desire to eat Ice Cream , after a phone call to a Dairy Queen in Key West, gave himself the go-ahead Monday to launch a separate attack against 300 other non-related companies. When calling Dairy Queen, Krutko, in a disguised voice, asked the operator if she preferred the Blizzard or the Afternoon Delight Sundae. When 15 year old cashier, Yowanda Jenkins, answered "I prefer the blizzard"; Krutko was furious.

Plaintiff Robert Krutko says he has been starving since he hung up the phone.

He began proceedings in 2007, seeking internet notoriety, each time striving for an estimated two billion fans. To date, his fan count remains at an all time low. His mother , wife, and his best friend Alan King have been the only fans to come forward.

The other plaintiff and Krutkos wing man, Alan King, began fishing when he was 10, and lost some of his desire to eat ice cream late 2009 after listening to Krutko talk about his plan for hours at a time.

Krutko, who hasn't been in the Florida Keys for years, despite his extensive knowledge, blamed upwards of 50 unrelated companies for his plight.
"Of course, they're LIARS, BACK STABBERS, THEIVES, WHITE TRASH and SCAM ARTISTS,'' he told reporters after an imaginary internet conference with himself.

"When I started to fail, they (the people I slander) knew that their product was in jeopardy and it was detrimental to my mental health to make everyone feel responsible for my failure."

He paused to take a anti-depressant , then added: "I want them to pay for this.''

King also said he has been unable run a successful business after years of failed attempts.

A spokesman for Dairy Queen said the attacks will tie up the local bandwidth because of the difficulty in Krutko being able to explain specific problems suffered by each alleged victim.

The idiot alleges the local companies knew as far back as the 2006 that he could never operate a successful dive business or get answers he wanted to hear.

King, meanwhile, is upset because of the inability to catch fish that he says prevents him from having a profitable fishing business.
He says the Ice Cream companies genetically modified fish to produce a greater sense of smell, keen eyesight and smaller mouths. "They just won't bite the hook anymore. No matter how fast I troll through the harbor, they just won't bite!"

"It is a significant victory, even at this stage, against the Key West companies,'' King said in a telephone interview from the basement of his mothers home. "Ultimately, there may be damages to every business on the island, expect mine, 'cause we are pals, Krutko is my Bubba!"

Krutko and King have been nominated by many Key West locals to receive the 2010 Darwin Award for their ill designed plan and for believing they are justified.

No plan has been set for a judge to hear the complaints. They're expected to take years to wind their way through the information super highway.

Tell us Bob, when you were attempting to sell your boat did you bother to inform anyone, especially Captain McCarthy, that you were over $65 thousand in arrears for dockage and other fees to the resort where it was docked? Oh, we know how you claim to have told him he was on a 'stolen boat' but did you EXPLAIN to him the TRUE SITUATION-your business (and S/V Reefcat) OWED the resort back dockage and service fees? Did you make it clear to Captain McCarthy that you were going to fight the assessment of the over $65 THOUSAND that the resort claimed you owed?

After all, the Judge did RULE AGAINST YOU that your mighty business WAS IN DEBT TO THE RESORT FOR OVER 65 THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Perhaps if you had told McCarthy that you owed such fees he wouldn't have wasted his time by trying to purchase your boat and getting all entwined in your FAILURE.

I believe McCarthy might have a cause of action against you, but that is up to him to decide whether to pursue that avenue or not. After all, even if he was to win a judgment against you and your 'businesses' he wouldn't collect anything would he, Bob? Just as the RESORT didn't get the $65K your business owed.

Tell us about the warning Judge Martinez wrote in his denial of your motion to dismiss the lawsuit against you. You know, how he determined your evidenciary documents were "highly suspicious."

Explain to all of us your attempt to convince the court that RSA was disolved in 2005 BUT the actual filing of the document was dated the same as the date of your motion to dismiss.
