I have worked out a payment program with this customer and was absolutely shocked to see that she was so agressive and hateful to try to ruin a small businesses reputation.....She knows that I have been in hospital with a heart attack and 2 heart related emergencies including congestive heart failure...I almost died with an ejection fraction at 15%.....After being in hospital for  weeks having nucleur tests they have decide to do open heart surgery to repair my valve...then I go in for a defibrulater/,,,,,,,,I have had a rough time also dealing with losing both breasts to cancer...these are not excuses as she so rudely puts it but valid reasons for my situation to be more high priority than a returned shawl...I gave her excellent deals when she was in my shop and sent her free gifts with the shawl including matching earrings to a necklace she bought and a free necklace.....if she had actually read the newspaper article about the so called parties i am throwing she would have seen it was for the shop next door to me....cookies and cider...which I baked/  this was to try to create sales to pay debts like hers.....

She is a horrible human being and I only pray that she is never sick and needs any understanding if she was on disability....in all the years I have been in business this is the only complaint ever.....i pride myself on my aloha and only needed extra time due to my illness.Instead of all the time she took to create all these negative reports she should be out trying to help others in need as I do...I go to the hospital during holidays and help women who have been thru mastectomies....I work with the american heart association  too.Thanks for listening and Happy holidays,Anna
