This ad and post is to warned the public to be careful of Tita Maxie also known as Maxima Tiu of Charme Ongpin as this person is a scammer , liar and swindler who know nothing but cheat people money asking them to buy useless feng shui stuff.
Also be careful of her son Bermin Tiu and Armin Tiu this two person help Tita Maxie in her scam activity.

My name is Bermin Tiu and i am one of the person named in this report. I would like to request for your company to delete this report. How can someone with false facts accuse us of scam?

First of all my mom Maxima Tiu is in business for more than 20 years now and not one customer has file a local case against us.
One of the report stated: Mariano Ong Tan Ka didn’t act just by himself. He was assisted by his wife, Maxima Tiu , Bermin Tiu ,
Carmencita Ong Tan Ka and at least 2 fake contact persons: The concept is not entirely new for him since his father made a scandal too in the past but then with dried fish.

Mariano Tan is not my dad..and he is not my mom's (Maxima Tiu) husband.with this we can already established that the facts of this report is false.

I hope you guys can help me delete this thread since we are deeply affected with this issue and our credibility as an "honest" entrepreneur are being criticized.

Hoping for your quick response om this matter.
