Bedsheets.com Bedsheet.scom I placed a order and I never received my order. They took my money when I called they would not return my phone calls nor answer my emails trying to find out what happened this happened May 28, 2009 Dallas, Texas

I order curtains from Bedsheets.com on May 28th, 2009.  I never received my order so I called.  Because their voicemail box was full.  I sent an email, I have ordered from this company for a few years never had any problem.  After emailing them, they sent me a email saying that my order was sent via UPS on June 18th, 2009.  After a month I called again with no response, and they will not respond to my email.  They took $309.00 from me, I  just don't understand why?
